Can I get the recipe for my favorite dish?

Answer: We appreciate your interest in preparing our great-tasting food at home, but all our recipes are proprietary. You can always place a To-Go order from Pappas Seafood House and enjoy it at home.

What if I have special dietary needs like an allergy to certain foods or ingredients?

Answer: We work hard to offer our Guests outstanding service and accommodating dietary requirements is part of that service. Please share your dietary restrictions or special requests with your server, and they will help you determine which items are appropriate for you to order. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Do you ever donate to local charities or events?

Answer: At Pappas Seafood House, we support causes that focus on ending hunger, encouraging literacy and education, and championing community initiatives which benefit disadvantaged children. Do you offer nutritional information for your food?

Answer: At this time, we do not publish nutritional information. However, we do strive to offer our Guests outstanding service, including accommodating dietary requirements. I'm planning a party at my house. Can I get it catered by Pappas Seafood House?

Answer: We also offer full-service catering in the following markets in the state of Texas:

Who do I talk to about planning a private event at Pappas Seafood House?

Answer: Visit the Private Dining Rooms section of our site and tell us a bit about what kind of party you're looking for. We'll show you what's available in your area and one of our event coordinators will contact you directly.

Do you ship food?

Answer: No, we do not currently ship food. We only use the freshest ingredients; therefore, many of the Pappas Seafood House menu items are not conducive to shipping.

Do you offer franchise opportunities?

Answer: All Pappas Seafood House restaurants are owned and operated by Pappas Restaurants, Inc. We are a private, family organization owned by Harris and Chris Pappas. We do not offer franchising.

My Pappas Gift Card is not working. Has it expired?

Answer: Pappas gift cards do not expire, but they do become inactive after 5 years of non-use. We would be happy to send you a replacement card if yours has become inactive. In order to complete your request, please email the following information to: giftcards@pappas.com
